will plan out an itinerary, collect a projected
expense budget in advance, provision the yacht
with your food and beverage choices and monitor
all expenses at the conclusion of the charter.  Any
funds that were overpaid are refunded back to the
customer.  Any shortages are settled up on the
yacht at the end of the charter.
